At Williams Sonoma Personalized Bottles, we strive for perfection in every custom engraving; however, due to the customized nature of our products, returns are generally limited to items damaged during transit or those with production errors. Please review your personalization details carefully before finalizing your order to ensure complete satisfaction.

Return Process

    Report the Issue

    Contact our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery if your personalized bottle arrives damaged or features an engraving error.

  • 2.
    Provide Documentation

    Submit clear photographs of the product, the specific engraving defect, and the original packaging to our support email for verification.

  • 3.
    Return Authorization

    Once your claim is approved, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your package.

  • 4.
    Replacement or Refund

    Upon receiving the returned item, we will prioritize a complimentary replacement of your custom bottle or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
