Because each bottle is custom-crafted, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak holiday seasons, this may extend to 10 business days.
Can I return a personalized item?
Due to the custom nature of personalized engravings, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error.
Are the contents of the bottles food-safe?
Absolutely. We use premium, culinary-grade oils, vinegars, and spirits. All personalization processes are performed on the exterior of the glass to ensure the integrity and safety of the food inside.
